With over 6 years of experience in UX Research and Digital Strategy, I have successfully led user-centered initiatives for major e-commerce brands like Camicado and Riachuelo, optimizing online experiences and driving business impact. In 2022, I transitioned to the financial sector, contributing to high-impact UX projects that improved customer experience and product efficiency. Simultaneously, I served as UX Research Lead at Lacrei Saúde, where I leveraged human-centered research to enhance healthcare accessibility for the underprivileged LGBT+ community, reinforcing my commitment to inclusive design and social impact.
My academic background blends design, history, and product strategy, equipping me with a multidisciplinary perspective. I hold a Bachelor’s in UX/UI Design (EBAC) and History (PUC-SP), with a specialization in Judeo-Christian history and religious studies. Additionally, I pursued Art History (FAAP) and Photography History (Escola Panamericana de Arte). Currently, I am advancing my expertise in Product Management through a postgraduate program at BBI of Chicago, further strengthening my ability to bridge user needs with business goals.
Beyond UX Research, I am an internationally published photographer, with documentary work exhibited in Natal, Brasília, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo. My achievements include recognition in the HP The Wall Creativity Competition (2014). I also hold a technical diploma from Spéos Paris Photographic Institute, specializing in e-commerce photography and visual merchandising.
With a passion for data-driven insights, user advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration, I am eager to contribute to innovative product and UX strategies that drive meaningful impact.
